We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and provide after-sales support. After that, data may be anonymised and used solely for performance or improvement of our services.

- Payment processors (Razorpay) — for secure transaction processing

- Print fulfilment partners — name and shipping address only, shared strictly to deliver your order

Terms of Service
By placing an order with Little Heroes Studio you agree to these terms. Orders may only be placed by a parent or legal guardian (18 or older) who consents to our use of the child’s name, details, and photos solely to create the personalised book.
You confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Each book’s story, artwork, and design remain the intellectual property of Little Heroes Studio; your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to the finished book and any digital preview.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The product is a keepsake gift item and is provided “as is” aside from the quality guarantees described below.
Refund & Cancellation
Every book is personalised and made to order — AI generation and production begin right away. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
We want you to love the book. If you spot a mistake (such as a wrong name or photo), reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll correct it before printing. If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littleheroesstudio.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a reprint or replacement at no cost.
